Experience

Advisor → Chief of Staff · Bombo

  • Advised the company from 2023, then moved to Buenos Aires in October 2025 to serve as Chief of Staff, on the ground for its steepest growth year.
  • That year revenue doubled from $3M to $6.5M and headcount grew from 20 to 50.
  • Led Bombo's first institutional fundraising round and drove its agentification, a company-wide 'brain' that replaced some functions outright and augmented others across the org.
  • Led the creation of Bombo Pay, swapping a traditional fiat-rails stack for a stablecoin-based backend through a deal with Tether, and ran the negotiations with the institutions involved (banks, PSPs, public bodies).

  • Promoted Associate → Senior Associate → Lead in 18 months, the firm's youngest director / C-level, over a $1B+ portfolio.
  • Led the investment funnel and committees: 40 ICs, 1,200+ startups screened, 38 deals, portfolio valuations up 6× three months after program end.
  • Directed a 25-person cross-functional team (strategy / devrel / product / engineering / marketing) advising portfolio companies through GTM, financials, strategy, product, team composition and hiring.

  • Assessed 100+ startups on team, model, market and exit.
  • Built the M&A thesis behind two international acquisitions.
  • Led the Launchpad strategy, two bear-market launches raised $700K combined, at 10× and 8× ATH.
